ABOUT BRACKETMESH
The whole event,
in one place.
BracketMesh connects the work of running a pickleball event with the experience of playing in it. Set up the competition, manage courts and scores, and give everyone a clear view of what happens next.
Built for local tournaments, Moneyballs and recurring organizer events, it brings the roster, pool play, playoffs, live results and event archive into one connected workspace.
See the organizer workflowPlayers and spectators can view published courts, standings, brackets and team links without signing in. Staff sign in to manage events. New events stay private until payment and release requirements are met.
Explore what you can do
01Build the event around your competitionFormats, scoring, courts and qualification.
Choose your format
Configure pool play followed by playoffs, a round robin without playoffs, bracket-only competition or a scramble. Set the field size, number of pools and how teams advance.
Set the rules by stage
Choose scoring targets and win-by rules, with separate settings for playoff rounds, semifinals, the championship and third place. Configure single-game or best-of-three medal matches where supported.
Plan the venue
Enter the event date, time, location, entry instructions and equipment details. Use the actual court numbers at your facility and choose which courts are available for each playoff stage.
02Get the roster and pools readyPlayer records, ratings and balanced pools.
Manage teams in one workspace
Add doubles partners, search saved player records and check player names and DUPR IDs. Track player payment status and handle roster changes or withdrawals.
Choose how pools are built
Use rating-based balancing, snake seeding, random assignment or manual placement. Review the resulting pools before play starts.
Check readiness before the first serve
Review the roster, schedule, courts and required player information. For DUPR-reported events, verify ratings and lock the starting ratings before pool play.
03Run game day from the tournament deskCourt assignments, scoring and live updates.
Keep courts moving
Assign the next eligible matches to open courts as teams become available. The rolling queue works around teams still playing, so you do not have to wait for every match in a round to finish.
Keep the director in control
Use manual assignment, court moves and overrides when the day calls for them. Mark a match as called or sent out, and enter results from the court desk or match log.
Enter a result once
Submitted scores update the event’s standings and results, release the assigned court and feed the playoff bracket. Server-confirmation indicators show when a result has been accepted.
See useful Day Of notes
Spot assignments that have been running a long time, open courts and results needing review. These notes provide context while the director runs the event.
04Make standings and playoffs easy to followTiebreakers, qualifiers and the full bracket.
Publish understandable standings
Show wins, losses, points scored, points allowed and point differential. Position explanations show the tiebreaker behind a pool ranking, and qualification labels distinguish automatic spots and wildcards when configured.
Move from pools to playoffs
Review accepted pool results and release the seeded bracket. Choose overall seeding, fixed pool crossover or pairings that reduce pool rematches, depending on the event setup.
Follow the competition to the final
Display advancing teams, courts, scores and medal matches in one bracket. Supported backdraw setups provide an additional route through the competition. Final standings preserve each team’s finish.
05Give every player a view of their eventMy Team, shareable paths and spectator views.
Find your team quickly
Search by player or team name to see your next opponent, assigned court, pool position and match history. Remember a team on your device for a quick return visit.
Share the whole tournament path
Each team has a shareable event link with its match-by-match results and playoff path. Family and friends can follow public events without an organizer account.
Follow from the venue or from home
Use mobile event pages for courts, results and standings, or TV mode for a venue display. Directors can attach court stream links so spectators can find the relevant broadcast.
Look beyond the final score
Explore event-level team statistics, ranking history, records and final placements alongside the individual match results.
06Turn results into something worth sharingPermanent archives, branded recaps and DUPR exports.
Keep the event available afterward
Completed events retain their scores, standings and bracket, giving players a permanent place to revisit the competition.
Create branded results content
Preview an event or team recap, print it or save it as a PDF, and download square or story-sized graphics. Recaps include organizer branding, sponsors, results links and QR codes. Copy a shareable recap link or a results caption for your own posts.
Prepare eligible results for DUPR
Validate player IDs, export match results as a CSV and track export batches. Directors upload the file to DUPR themselves; exporting a file does not automatically submit results. Events that are not DUPR-reported can still use the tournament tools.
07Build a repeatable organizer operationOne-off events, organization branding and reusable setups.
Run one event or manage an organization
Create a standalone event with BracketMesh branding, or manage an organization’s events through its own branded community page. Organization settings carry the right colors, logos and sponsors into supported event views.
Start the next event faster
Copy a previous event, save a named event template or reuse a venue-and-courts setup. New events begin as private drafts with fresh results, court assignments, payments and export history.
Give staff the access they need
Separate organization owners, tournament directors, scorekeepers and view-only staff. Owners can manage organization access while scorekeepers focus on entering results.
Keep participants informed
Publish event-wide notices on released events. Prepare messages for a pool or team and copy drafts for manual sending through your existing communication channels.
08Prepare, correct and recover with confidencePractice events, activity history and backup tools.
Rehearse before your first event
Use guided setup, verified presets, a first-event checklist and a private practice event to learn the workflow before players arrive. The help center includes walkthroughs for rosters, courts, scoring, playoffs and corrections.
Handle corrections deliberately
Undo the latest submitted result or use match correction controls. Review affected standings and bracket participants before continuing. Activity history records changes made through the event controls.
Have a backup plan
Print backup match sheets, download match logs and save recovery JSON files. Pending-save and conflict indicators help staff identify results that need confirmation; recovery tools support reviewing and restoring an event when necessary.
